Neal Sandin is the owner of 643 Research. He’s an experienced moderator and a member of the Qualitative Research Consultants Organization, driven to find the key insights that help brands fulfill their promise while strengthening their position within the marketplace. With expertise in all aspects of qualitative research, from screener/discussion guide design and recruitment to moderation and reporting/analysis, he believes that it is not enough just to find out what makes your customers “tick” but to find the ways to make them into advocates for your brand.

With several years of experience, Neal has successfully completed numerous projects across a variety of sectors, such as finance, healthcare, food and beverage, durable and fast-moving consumer goods, consumer electronics, automotive, and IT. Throughout his career, ranging from ad/concept testing to customer loyalty, he is constantly and proactively striving to find new and better methodologies to gain greater insights for his clients.
